TCU Scharbauer Hall

Scharbauer Hall is the 73,000 square-foot home for the AddRan College of Liberal Arts and the John V. Roach Honors College. It was designed by Ft. Worth architectural firm Hahnfied Hoffer and Standford, and built by Linbeck Construction company. The Debate Hall pictured above was a primary focus of the building.
TCU called on Electro Acoustics, as they have many times in the past 20 years, to develop A/V solutions for the debate chamber, as well as multiple teaching rooms in this beautiful facility. It was important that these audiovisual systems were reliable, easy to use, consistent with other systems on campus and easily blended into the building’s existing architecture.

Crestron touch panels and Panasonic projectors were used in the debate chamber and all of the lecture halls. The system has proven to be exactly what TCU needed.
