APEx Mark of Excellence
Electro Acoustics is very proud to announce that we are now the first Texas-based systems integrator to be recognized by InfoComm International as an AV Provider of Excellence (APEx)! To date we are one of nine companies in the entire world to receive this mark of excellence among AV companies!
The InfoComm APEx program has recognized Electro Acoustics for having the majority of employees holding key industry certifications, including InfoComm’s CTS, CTS-I, and CTS-D credentials, completion of continuing education classes, and positive customer survey responses. APEx providers must prove that they can meet or exceed regulated guides for quality designed systems and also verify that they meet customers’ needs with those systems and service. These guides and verifications foster better communication between Electro Acoustics and our clients. APEx is an ANSI level certification.
