Chris and his wife, Sue, founded Electro Acoustics in 1984, after working with Chris’ father, Henry Jordan, in the same industry. With more than 40 years of experience, Chris is recognized as one of the industry’s most knowledgeable leaders. His passion for serving his employees and project partners stems from his commitment to conducting business in a way that honors both God and family. Chris and Sue reside in Fort Worth, TX, and have two children who are business partners.

Luke is Electro Acoustics’s Vice President and serves as an Account Manager who helps guide people to create exceptional experiences by crafting exceptional communication tools. After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Leadership Studies, Luke started at an entry-level technician role with Electro Acoustics and over time led several notable projects, worked as a project manager and grew the Customer Support department while serving clients and the community. Using technical knowledge he learned along the way and grew his thirst for serving people while partnering with them to achieve their passions. Luke strives to create community through stewardship, craftsmanship, relationships, and a positive get-it-done attitude.
Luke is the chair of AVIXA’s Certification Committee, has served as the chair of AVIXA’s Integrator’s Council, and was the 2016 AVIXA CTS Holder of the Year. He spends what free time he has having a blast with his family, listening to audiobooks and 90s hip-hop, and fly fishing in Colorado.

Sam joined Electro Acoustics in 2017 after serving in the Air Force JAG Corps for six years. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. Sam also graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law. As a JAG, Sam provided legal assistance to Airmen, prosecuted felony cases, served as a contracts attorney, and provided legal aid services to sexual assault victims. Sam deployed to Afghanistan in 2014. He continues to serve in the Air Force Reserve. Sam completed his Executive MBA from TCU’s Neeley School of Business in 2020. As Co-Steward, Sam leads Electro Acoustics with his brother Luke and father Chris. Sam is responsible for Electro Acoustics’ finances, operational performance, and quality systems and is passionate to create the best team in the A/V/L industry.

Ryan began his career with Electro Acoustics in 2000 in shipping and receiving. Over the years he has worked his way up through the company as a helper, technician, lead technician, project manager, and currently to EA’s senior account manager. As a lead technician and project manager, Ryan led notable projects such as Christ Chapel Bible Church, Northwood Church and TCU Amon Carter Stadium. Since moving into the account manager/sales role, Ryan continues to attain and oversee multi-million dollar projects including Dickies Arena, the new TCU Amon Carter Stadium, Texas Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Kimbell Art Museum Piano Pavilion and Amon Carter Museum of American Art. Ryan’s work history in the AV industry, attention to detail and hands-on approach provides him with the experience and insight that drives him to exceed client expectations.

Ian graduated from Texas Christian University with a BA degree in music. He attended the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Arizona where he received his Master Recording Degree. Ian went to California and worked on the Barbara Streisand Scoring Stage on the Sony Production Lot in Culver City, CA, after which he began working for EA in 2008. He started as a technician and is now Electro Acoustics’ Production Manager. Ian supervises the field technicians and coordinates both future and current jobs to ensure client satisfaction.

Jacob joined Electro Acoustics after starting a career in residential AV. He started as an installation technician and quickly earned a reputation for quality and teamwork. Jacob began leading installations on Electro Acoustics’ Customer Support projects. Now as a Customer Support Manager, Jacob leads our Customer Support Team and is responsible for client satisfaction, managing Customer Support projects, and solving some of the most challenging issues facing our clients. Jacob is a key member of Electro Acoustics’ Live Events Team and a member of Electro Acoustics’ Leadership Team. In addition to the incredible work Jacob does for Electro Acoustics, he is a valued member of his church’s AV team.

Ben has been with Electro Acoustics since 1991 and has been working in the professional audio/AV industry since 1978. He oversees the shop, warehouse, and receiving. Ben has mentored nearly everyone at Electro Acoustics and taught the next generation of EA Team Members foundational and advanced AV concepts. Ben celebrated 30 years with Electro Acoustics in the fall of 2021 and continues to invest in the Team.

Alex began his career in AV working in California for a company specializing in sound masking solutions. After moving to Texas, Alex joined Electro Acoustics in 2021 to broaden his career to include professional AV systems for performance spaces, churches, and complex corporate systems. Alex is working to build a solid foundation he can use to become an AV Systems Designer. He quickly earned his AV Technologist certificate, and Alex continues to focus on learning and growing.

Becca has been in the customer service and accounting field for over 20 years. She has been a part of the Electro Acoustics family since 2013. Becca is a wife, a mother of three wonderful children, and a grandmother of five. When not spending time with her family, she is spending time at the barn with her horses. She is also the president of a non-profit organization which helps horses with cancer.

Brett’s history with both Electro Acoustics and A/V/L goes all the way back to high school, where he was involved in technical theatre and used a system installed by EA. Over a decade later in 2015, Brett joined the Electro Acoustics family after serving the Mansfield School District for four years, the last three at the District’s Center for the Performing Arts. He seeks to serve the needs of every customer: clients, vendors, and fellow EA colleagues. Brett and his wife live in Arlington where they have five sons and serve as the children’s pastors for their church.

Brian Joined Electro Acoustics in the Fall of 2010 as the Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Associate. In the spring of 2013 he graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Sociology. From the warehouse, Brian became the Shop Assistant where he worked on projects such as TCU’s Schollmaier Arena, Texas Rangers Globe Life Park, and Kimbell Art Museum. In the spring of 2016, he became a Systems Designer. He designs systems to achieve our clients’ visions by translating those visions into comprehensive designs. Brian is one of the very few in the AV industry to hold both his CTS-I and CTS-D credentials. In addition to his role as a Designer, Brian provides live event support for several clients, including TCU Athletics.

David has proudly served Electro Acoustics since 2015 as a Project Lead. Through hard work and certification, he continues to pursue success for both himself and Electro Acoustics. David has led some of Electro Acoustics’ highest-profile projects, including Dickies Arena. David quickly earned his CTS and CTS-I certifications and is currently focusing on his PMP certification to continue advancing his career.

Jeff is from Benbrook, TX. He started working at Electro Acoustics in 2013 as a helper and has steadily earned positions of Technician, Lead in Training, and now Project Lead. Jeff graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Criminal Justice. He is a passionate and skilled hunter and fisherman. Jeff continues to enhance his skills and has led many marquee projects, including TCU’s Amon Carter Stadium Eastside Suites and Scoreboard upgrades, Pathway Church’s new Worship Center, Highland Park Presbyterian Church’s AV system.

Lorisa came to Electro Acoustics in 2006 as our Accounting Associate with 20 years of accounting experience. In June of 2012, she took on the role of Purchasing Associate, and is now responsible for ordering all the equipment for our projects and maintaining great relationships with our vendors.

Lydia joined the Electro Acoustics Team in 2021 as our Customer Support Administrator. She previously served as the AV manager for a historic hotel in Maryland and as an AV technician at the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is a passionate fan of the Texas Rangers. Lydia cares deeply about every client and works tirelessly to resolve every challenge our clients encounter.

He is responsible to ensure all of our client’s equipment is received, organized, and prepared to be installed at our clients’ facilities. Martin volunteers on his church’s AV team and is working to follow several other Electro Acoustics team members in developing an AV career after starting as our Warehouse Associate.

Preston first joined Electro Acoustics in 2013 as a Technician. He developed his talents and became a Project Lead and then Assistant Field Manager. Preston continued to broaden his expertise and transitioned into a role on our Sales Team as an Account Manager. When Electro Acoustics identified a the new role of Commissioning Specialist to enhance the client experience at the end of a project, Preston was the perfect choice. Preston earned the advanced Certified Technology Specialist in Installation (CTS-I) credential and previously served as the AV director for his church. Preston combines extensive AV industry knowledge with his end-user experience to transform the new system experience for our clients.

Shawn’s desire is to lift up people through the creative use of technology. He brings more than 30 years of experience on- and off-stage as a worship leader, musician, performer, and technician. Shawn has served in multiple roles in pro-AV over the last 15+ years, starting as an AV technician and now as an Account Manager.
As a consultative account manager for more than a decade, Shawn is committed to cultivating authentic relationships with his clients to better understand their struggles and goals as if they were his own. Shawn leverages his expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that effectively address those needs and remains hands-on during and after project completion to ensure his clients’ long-term excellence and satisfaction. This is why our clients value Shawn as a trusted partner and problem solver.
When not at work, Shawn loves hanging out with his two awesome boys and serving in worship arts and groups ministries at his church.

Tony joined Electro Acoustics in 2017 after working towards his degree from Tarrant County College’s electronics program. Tony is a loving husband of over 20 years and the father of two boys. He served six years in the Navy, primarily as a technician servicing the fire control and radar systems for the F-14 Tomcat. Tony is also an avid NASCAR fan. Since 2003, he has served in his church’s media team, mostly as a broadcast sound technician. Now Tony serves on our Shop Team, building and configuring equipment for Electro Acoustic’s clients.

Travis joined Electro Acoustics in 2014 as a technician, became a Project Lead, and now continues his career as a Systems Designer in Training. He became interested in AV after volunteering with his church’s AV department where he now works as Audio Visual Coordinator. During his time with Electro Acoustics Travis has lead multiple projects such as TNP, Wilshire Baptist Church, The Bowden Event Center, and Fort Worth’s iconic Dickies Arena.
