Luke is Electro Acoustics’ CEO, taking over the role from his father Chris in 2023. Luke helps guide people to create exceptional experiences by crafting exceptional communication tools. After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Leadership Studies, Luke started at an entry-level technician role with Electro Acoustics and, over time, led several notable projects, worked as a project manager, and grew the Customer Support department while serving clients and the community. Luke combines the technical knowledge he learned along his journey with his thirst for serving people to partner with them to achieve their passions and visions. Luke strives to create community through stewardship, craftsmanship, relationships, and a positive get-it-done attitude.
Luke has had a significant impact on the global AV industry through his service at the Audio Visual Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA). Luke has served as the chair of AVIXA’s Certification Committee and as the chair of AVIXA’s Integrator’s Council. Additionally, in 2016 AVIXA recognized Luke as the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Holder of the Year. He spends what free time he has having a blast with his family, listening to audiobooks and 90s hip-hop, and fly fishing in Colorado.

Sam serves Electro Acoustics as its CFO. In 2023, Sam and his brother Luke purchased the company from their father Chris, completing the transition of Electro Acoustics to the second generation. Sam joined Electro Acoustics in 2017 after serving in the Air Force JAG Corps for six years on Active Duty. (He continues to serve in the Air Force Reserve and currently holds the rank of Major.) He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. Sam also graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law and is a licensed attorney. He completed his Executive MBA from TCU’s Neeley School of Business in 2020, graduating at the very top of his class.
As CFO and Co-Steward, Sam leads Electro Acoustics with his brother Luke. He is responsible for Electro Acoustics’ finances, operational performance, and quality systems. Under his leadership, Electro Acoustics has been recognized as the best-managed family business in the State of Texas by the Baylor Family Business Institute and as the Small Business of the Year by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, among other honors. Sam is passionate about creating the best team in the AV industry and developing rewarding careers for all Electro Acoustics team members.

Chris and his wife, Sue, founded Electro Acoustics in 1984, after working with Chris’ father, Henry Jordan, in the same industry. With more than 40 years of experience, Chris is recognized as one of the industry’s most knowledgeable leaders. His passion for serving his employees and project partners stems from his commitment to conducting business in a way that honors both God and family. Chris and Sue reside in Fort Worth, TX. In 2023, Chris sold Electro Acoustics to his sons Luke and Sam, who are carrying the business forward for another generation. As Founding Steward, Chris does what he always aimed to do when he started Electro Acoustics – build relationships and serve God and people through the craft of AV.

Ryan began his career with Electro Acoustics in 2000 in shipping and receiving. Over the years he has worked his way up through the company as a helper, technician, lead technician, project manager, and currently to EA’s senior account manager. As a lead technician and project manager, Ryan led notable projects such as Christ Chapel Bible Church, Northwood Church and TCU Amon Carter Stadium. Since moving into the account manager/sales role, Ryan continues to attain and oversee multi-million dollar projects including Dickies Arena, the new TCU Amon Carter Stadium, Texas Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Kimbell Art Museum Piano Pavilion and Amon Carter Museum of American Art. Ryan’s work history in the AV industry, attention to detail and hands-on approach provides him with the experience and insight that drives him to exceed client expectations.

Becca has been in the customer service and accounting field for over 20 years. She has been a part of the Electro Acoustics family since 2013. Becca is a wife, a mother of three wonderful children, and a grandmother of five. When not spending time with her family, she is spending time at the barn with her horses. She is also the president of a non-profit organization that helps horses with cancer. Becca began her Electro Acoustics career as our Accounting Associate. When our long-time Finance Manager retired in 2022, Becca was promoted and began serving as Electro Acoustics’ Interim Controller. In 2023, Becca took on the role of Controller and is responsible for Electro Acoustics’ accounting systems and meeting the company’s financial responsibilities.

Brett joined Electro Acoustics in 2015 as a Technician. Before that, Brett supported the Mansfield ISD Center for the Performing Arts as its Media Specialist. During his time at Electro Acoustics, Brett served as a Technician and Project Lead before becoming a Systems Designer in 2017. As a Designer, he translates client needs into complete system designs, ensuring that each client receives the solutions that best support their vision. In 2022, Brett took on the responsibility of serving the Design Team as the Systems Design Manager. Brett has earned the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification, CTS-I (advanced installation certification), and CTS-D (advanced design certification), placing him among the top 3% of AV professionals worldwide. In addition to his work at Electro Acoustics, Brett serves as a children’s minister at his church.

Steven joined Electro Acoustics in 2024 to serve and support our Team Members and clients. Steven’s background is in the electrical industry. He spent over 10 years serving National Account clients at Facility Solutions Group (FSG), before coming to Electro Acoustics. After working in the field for several years, the construction journey led him to an office setting at FSG where he served as a Service Coordinator, then a Service Lead, and finally the Director of Service Operations. Steven is an avid reader and, most importantly, an active husband and father of 6. Steven is passionate about team development and quality. Steven remarked, “I am excited to join forces with such a dynamic local company of my beloved city; EA aligns with what the Lord has put in my heart as motivators: people and getting things done with positivity.”

Ben has been with Electro Acoustics since 1991 and has been working in the professional audio/AV industry since 1978. He oversees the shop, warehouse, and receiving. Ben has mentored nearly everyone at Electro Acoustics and taught the next generation of EA Team Members foundational and advanced AV concepts. Ben celebrated 30 years with Electro Acoustics in the fall of 2021 and continues to invest in the Team.

Alex began his career in AV working in California for a company specializing in sound masking solutions. After moving to Texas, Alex joined Electro Acoustics in 2021 as a technician. His goal was to broaden his career to include professional AV systems for performance spaces, churches, and complex corporate systems. He quickly earned his AV Technologist certificate and CTS credential, and Alex continues to focus on learning and growing. In 2024, Alex promoted to the role of Project Lead. Electro Acoustics selected Alex to enter a design apprenticeship, and Alex will become a Systems Designer later in the year.

Brian Joined Electro Acoustics in the Fall of 2010 as the Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Associate. In the spring of 2013 he graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Sociology. From the warehouse, Brian became the Shop Assistant where he worked on projects such as TCU’s Schollmaier Arena, Texas Rangers Globe Life Park, and Kimbell Art Museum. In the spring of 2016, he became a Systems Designer. He designs systems to achieve our clients’ visions by translating those visions into comprehensive designs. Brian is one of the very few in the AV industry to hold both his CTS-I and CTS-D credentials. In addition to his role as a Designer, Brian provides live event support for several clients, including TCU Athletics.

David has proudly served Electro Acoustics since 2015. David started as a Project Lead and is now a Project Manager. Through hard work and certification, he continues to pursue success for both himself and Electro Acoustics. David has led some of Electro Acoustics’ highest-profile projects, including Dickies Arena. David quickly earned his CTS and CTS-I certifications. David is the first Electro Acoustics team member to earn his Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) and is currently focusing on his PMP certification to continue advancing his career.

Jeff is from Benbrook, TX. He started working at Electro Acoustics in 2013 as a helper and has steadily earned positions of Technician, Lead in Training, Project Lead, and now Project Manager. Jeff graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Criminal Justice. He is a passionate and skilled hunter and fisherman. Jeff continues to enhance his skills and has led many marquee projects, including TCU’s Amon Carter Stadium Eastside Suites and Scoreboard upgrades, Pathway Church’s new Worship Center, and Highland Park Presbyterian Church’s AV system.

John joined Electro Acoustics in 2018 as an AV technician. He quickly transitioned to our Customer Support Team, where he eventually became our Customer Support Lead. John brings extensive lighting and touring experience to our Team. John is certified as a Strand Lighting Technician. In 2022, John promoted into our Commissioning Specialist role. John also serves his local church as a member of its AV team.

Keith is passionate about serving others through the craft of great AV. Keith has years of industry experience and has served in many roles. Keith has led system installations, served as an Account Manager, and estimated projects at some of the AV industry’s largest integrators. Keith also pursued a nursing degree and served the community as a nurse for several years. He joined Electro Acoustics’ design team in 2023 to expand EA’s ability to serve the community.

Shawn’s desire is to lift up people through the creative use of technology. He brings more than 30 years of experience on- and off-stage as a worship leader, musician, performer, and technician. Shawn has served in multiple roles in pro-AV over the last 15+ years, starting as an AV technician and now as an Account Manager.
As a consultative account manager for more than a decade, Shawn is committed to cultivating authentic relationships with his clients to better understand their struggles and goals as if they were his own. Shawn leverages his expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that effectively address those needs and remains hands-on during and after project completion to ensure his clients’ long-term excellence and satisfaction. This is why our clients value Shawn as a trusted partner and problem solver.
When not at work, Shawn loves hanging out with his two awesome boys and serving in worship arts and groups ministries at his church.

Tony joined Electro Acoustics in 2017 after working towards his degree from Tarrant County College’s electronics program. Tony is a loving husband of over 20 years and the father of two boys. He served six years in the Navy, primarily as a technician servicing the fire control and radar systems for the F-14 Tomcat. Tony is also an avid NASCAR fan. Since 2003, he has served in his church’s media team, mostly as a broadcast sound technician. Now Tony serves on our Shop Team, building and configuring equipment for Electro Acoustic’s clients.

Will brings a variety of experiences to the Electro Acoustics Design Team. He started his career as a mechanical engineer. Will pivoted to the AV industry to embrace new challenges. Will is a sound engineer for a gospel vocal group. He has also worked for one of the most highly respected AV consultants. Will is excited to continue to develop his skills and improve the design and installation experience for our clients and our team.
