Good Shepherd’s Marian Garden
Good Shepherd Catholic Community desired to create a serene and reverent environment both visually and audibly. Jim Bransford Architects created the worshipful and reflective garden adjacent to the main church. The desire was not only to be able to hear worshipful music in the background, but to use the garden area for Worship, Liturgy, and similar events. The church sound system needed to be invisible, flexible, weatherized, and produce excellent quality sound.
Electro Acoustics’ engineer Doug Viere CTS, chose K-Array speakers because of their exceptional size to performance ratio and inherently weatherized construction. The system is controlled wirelessly via an iPAD and Behringer X-32 Digital mixer. The church is amazed at the exceptional sound quality, even coverage, and visually transparent design. Richard Hinkle was the project lead and provided an exceptionally well-constructed system. If you look very closely you may be able to see the speaker under the bench and on the vertical steel roof support.
