Small Business of the Year
The Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce announced Electro Acoustics as the 2020 Grand Forte Winner at Mayor Betsy Price’s State of the City Address. The Forte Award recognizes a company’s business growth and performance, sound business strategies and practices, customer service strategies, business challenges, unique and innovative approaches, and community involvement. This award recognizes the core values and the families that make Electro Acoustics unique. Our vision flows from founder Chris Jordan’s great grandfather, RB Jordan, who first began soldering radios with an iron he heated with a blow torch. RB’s son Henry started an AV company after returning from WWII. Chris learned AV from his father, Henry. And now Chris’s sons Luke and Sam carry that vision forward with the entire Electro Acoustics team.
In her address, Mayor Price said “small businesses and entrepreneurs are the backbone of our community, driving economic prosperity throughout Fort Worth. We must continue to support our business community at all levels to be certain Fort Worth thrives.” Brittany Brookens, the Chamber’s Director of Small Business, stated: “the Forte Awards provides a platform to showcase and promote the incredible work they do in the Fort Worth area.”
Electro Acoustics is grateful to its incredible team for all their hard work. We could not have achieved this level of success without the trust our clients and partners place in us. We strive to be worthy of that trust every day on every project.
